emmetts THE STUDIO, a new 1,560 square foot studio in Indianapolis, Indiana, opened in August 2009. With 12ft vaulted ceilings and a modern Asian-inspired decor, the space features a brass dragon chandelier, Tibetan drum tables, French chairs covered in brindle cowhide, pinewood floors, full-length ceiling mirrors, energy-efficient LED track lighting and eco-friendly painted stark white walls. |
| the lower level of the studio features a color bar with a treatment and private makeup room. Outside on the Zen-inspired patio, customers can network and relax between services. This private patio sanctuary is the perfect setting for group events and private parties. emmetts THE STUDIO also carries hard to find beauty product rarely seen outside NYC and L.A. Leading brands include: Lipstick Queen, Regina Harris Hand-Blended Oils, Mason Pearson and Ibiaza hairbrushes(imported) along with with there sought -after haircare brand:'Emmett Cooper HAIRCARE'. In addition to Cooper and Abdool, emmetts THE STUDIO employs six exceptionally talented and passionate stylists. The inspiration for the studio/salon arose from a desire to treat and leave customers feeling refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated with a chic, yet unpretentious vibe. we want our stylist and client's to share in our vision. stylists: to provide professional, quality services for guests. To work in leading the salon staff in education and artistic direction. To provide support to all studio operators and maintain client flow to all guests with value added services. 'Serve as a role model'. if you are interested in a position with emmetts the studio please submit your: resume, a head shot, qualifications and experience.(or submit in person)
guest services coordinator: the guest services coordinator provides support in booking appointments for all stylists/operators . knowledge of all products carried in studio& to be able to assists guests with value added services. The ideal candidate will also provide professional, quality customer services to clients.

studio policies
forms of payment accepted are as follows: cash and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Debit Card). (Personal checks are not accepted.) Prices do not include tax and gratuity. Please note that a deposit may be required at the time of booking. All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management and/or stylist. As a courtesy to our other clients, children are welcome by appointment only.(Due to Indiana state law, no pets are allowed.)
waiting List – When it is difficult to coordinate your schedule with our current available appointments, please request to be put on our Waiting List. Due to cancellations, we may be able to schedule an appointment that would be more convenient for you.
cancellations – If you need to cancel an appointment, a 24 hour notice on all appointments, or payment is required. . We may be able to fill your canceled appointment with someone from our waiting list.
emmetts the studio is not responsible for: any damage that occurs to your vehicle while it is parked. we also cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing left on under your styling/color gown, so please dress accordingly. emmetts the studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. |
